CAUGHT BY NETHERLANDS WARSHIP WHILE ON WAY FROM DAKAR TO MARTINIQUE. FACTS BEING INVESTIGATED. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) RUGBY, June 2. The following Royal Netherlands naval communique has been issued by the Admiralty: "The French ship Winnipeg, of 8,379 tons, has been, intercepted by the Royal Netherlands warship Van Kinsbergen, in West Indian waters . The Winnipeg had sailed from Marseilles and had called at Dakar. When intercepted, she had on board over 200 German's, bound for Martinique. The reason for the presence of these Germans is not at all clear and is now undergoing examination.” * = .
