THE GREAT LEVANTE
“HOWS TRICKS? An English company of 32 artists and 50 tons of magical effects will support the noted English magician, the Great Levante, when he presents the widelyvaried revue, "How’s Tricks,” for the first time at the Opera House, Masterton, tomorrow (Saturday) night for one night only. The items which this noted magician presents are many, and the manner in which he presents them reveals the greatest of skill. Throughout the production variation is added by the appearance of exceptionally clever variety acts, each artist bearing the hall-mark of London’s most famous music halls. In addition, there is a clever ballet, and other features are the striking and elaborate settings and trackings. Many of the costumes worn by the women members of the company were those used bv Jessie Matthews in her latest English Him. the Great Levante having purchased the complete wardrobe of this famous English star. The box plans are rapidly filling at the shop ol Messrs Steele and Bull, and as ail are aware the seating of the Opera House is limited. Those intending to be present. are strongly advised to book thenseats immediately.
