ROTARY CLUB

ADDRESS ON CHINESE WAR. The weekly luncheon meeting of the Masterton Rotary Club was held at the Y.M.C.A. today. The president. Mr P. F. Fagan, presided, over a good attendance. Mr J. V. Dolan was present as a guest of the club. The speaker for the day was the Rev. J. R. Higgs. 8.A.. F.R.G.S. Mr Higgs, who is late of St. Andrew’:'. Church. Kowloon. Hong Kong, gave an interesting and informative address on the war in China. At the conclusion of his address Mr Higgs was accorded a hearty vote of thanks on the motion of Mr C. R. Mabson.
