FROM ENEMY BOMBING IN BRITAIN. ENEMY FIGHTER SHOT DOWN. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON. May 27. An Aii- Ministry communique states “There was very little enemy activity over Britain last night. A few bombs were dropped in the south and also in East Anglia and slight damage was done but no casualties were reported. One enemy lighter was shot down in the Channel." On the previous night no bombs were dropped anywhere in Britain.
