The Premier of Ulster (Mr J. M. Andrews), accompanied by Lord Glentoran and Mr J. F. Gordon (Minister of Labour) has gone to London to request Mr Churchill to discuss conscription. The "Ulster Telegraph” says Ulster Ministers are unanimously in favour of conscription. Before Mr Andrews departed the Unionist Council gave him a free hand.
