' “The Neutrality Act is a violation of our most sacred and important tradition of foreign policy, which is freedom of the seas,” said Mr 11. L. Stimson (Secretary lor War) at a Prost: conference. Tie urged that the repeal of the Neutrality Act be carefully considered “in connection with the delivery of goods to Britain.”
