The Foreign Seerclary has reluctantly •i“'rec'l to accept his resignation. Mr Churchill and Mr Eden will continue to enjoy the benefit of Sir Robert’s advice when the occasion arises. The King has approved that in the forthcoming birthday list a barony of the United Kingdom will bo conferred on Sir Robert.
