CALEDONIAN SOCIETY

FIRST INGLESIDE OF SEASON ARRANGED. DANCING INSTRUCTOR TO BE APPOINTED. At a meeting of the directors of the Wairarapa Caledonian Society, it was decided that the first Ingleside of the season be held in the Masonic Hall on May 28. Members of the Wairarapa College Pipe Band are being invited to the Ingleside as guests of the Society, and one or two musical items will be included in the programme. A sub-committee, comprising Messrs H. E. Pither (president), R. McKenzie and J. McKenzie, was appointed to arrange for a dancing instructor, so that members and others interested could be given lessons in Scotch dancing. It is also hoped to arrange classes for children.
