GERMANY TO RELEASE 100,000. FRENCH VETERANS OF GREAT WAR. I By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright 1 (Received This Day. 10.55 a.rn.' VICHY. May 19. It is officially announced that Germany has agreed to release immediately 100,000 French soldiers now in prison who fought in the lust war. (This is regarded as the first visible result of the German-French negotiations. It will be noled that Germany is keeping the younger soldiers).
