Germany is massing troops disguised in Spanish uniforms in Spanish Morocco, says the Tangier correspondent of the "Daily Express.” The Germans, it is.believed, are preparing for an air assault on Gibraltar, or an attack on Dakar. The Spanish colonial authorities are assisting the Germans to move secretly to remote valleys in Morocco. The troops arc equipped with tanks, armoured cars and troop-carrying trucks.
