Mr Ishii, said Mr Matsuoka and the Japanese Minister to Nanking, Mr Hoda. had reached an agreement on the China policy, both favouring bolstering up the Nanking Government, also rejecting third Power mediation, including that of the United States and Germany, relative to the Sino-Japan-ose hostilities.
