DEVILLED SARDINES
FOR. SUNDAY'S DINNER. Remove skins from 1 tin sardines and put on a buttered tin. Mix A teaspoon curry 'powder and J teaspoon mustard with a little salt and pepper and lemon juice. Spread over sardines and place under griller for a few minutes. Dish up on squares of buttered toast, sprinkle with a little more lemon juice and finely-chopped parsley, and serve piping hot.
