The effects of the negotiations will make themselves felt shortly. The 'Associated Press of Great Britain Vichy correspondent says Cabinet’s decision will prove a fateful act. The details of Hitler’s terms are still unrevealed, but some tire of opinion that they amount to co-operation with the Axis in a plan designed to keep the United States out of the war.
