HOLD-UP AT BELFAST. NO CHANGE IN SITUATION THIS MORNING. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. As a result of a dispute at the Belfast Works of Thomas Borthwick and Sons Ltd., the chain became idle yesterday and this morning the company reported that there was no change in '.he situation. During the morning, an officer of the Labour Department visited the works to make inquiries. A number of the men concerned reported at the works this morning, but there were not sufficient for anything to be done.
