OBTAINED BY DABLAN FROM NAZIS. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.15 p.m.) LONDON, May 13. Diplomatic circles in Vichy believe that Admiral Darlan has secured from Hitler an arrangement replacing the armistice, which would liberate Paris and give the Vichy Government fourfifths of France, but would retain for Germany the coal and iron mines, all ports on the north and west coasts and all river mouths. IB is believed that Admiral Darlan has not yet reported these results to Marshal Petain.
