THE EARL OF SUFFOLK. SIX SOLDIERS SHARE SAME FATE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) LONDON. May 13. The Earl of Suffolk and six soldiers were killed on Monday by a bomb.

The earldom was created in 1603 and deceased was the 20th Earl. He sailed round the world, before the mast, in a sailing ship. For some time he was a second lieutenant in the Scots Guards-, and later farmed in Australia. He owned 10.000 acres of land possessed a celebrated picture gallery and a well known collection of old masters
