Another Surprise Sortie hy Tobruk Garrison CASUALTIES INFLICTED AND PRISONERS TAKEN STRONG POINTS WRESTED FROM ENEMY LONDON, May 12. In Cyrenaica air activity is very pronounced. A heavy raid has been made on Benghazi, where shipping was attacked and three large fires were started on the mole. Other enemy bases were also attacked and aircraft were set on fire. Considerable damage was caused to enemy mechanised units at various points between Tobruk and Benghazi. At Tcbruk, British mechanised patrols surprised enemy land forces, inflicting casualties and taking a number of prisoners. In the Solium area British patrols still harass the enemy.
