Edinburgh and Aberdeen raided the premises of the Scottish Socialist Party, the United Scottish Movement, and the Nationalist Mutual Aid Committee. Officials and others connected with the three organisations were taken to police stations for questioning. They included a Church of Scotland minister, and a number of young women. Copies of the "Scots Socialist." which is the paper of the Scottish Socialist Party, were seized, also pamphlets and other literature.
