M. MOLOTOV RELINQUISHES PREMIERSHIP. CARRYING ON AS FOREIGN MINISTER. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, May 6. The Moscow radio announces that M. Molotov has relinquished his post as Soviet Premier, which office has been taken over by M. Stalin. M. Molotov will carry on as Foreign Minister and will act in future as VicePremier.
