TOKIO HARBOUR
OPENED TO YEN BLOC TRADE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) TOKIO, May 2. Terminating a decade controversy between Tokio and Yokohama authorities and business men, the Cabinet has formally decided to open Tokio harbour to foreign trade, although limiting it to that of yen bloc countries only.
