KIDNAPPED IN SHANGHAI. JAPANESE AND NANKING SUSPECTED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10 a.m.) SHANGHAI, May 2. Mrs Chow Zingtsan, secretary to the Chungking Chinese Court in the International Settlement, her husband, infant and servant were kidnapped frern their home today. Japanese and Nanking agents are suspected.
