Mr L. G. Humphries, Wood Street, Greytown, has left for Auckland.

Misses I. Wilson and J. Dennes, Greytown, are visiting Auckland. Mr and Mrs K. Woodley, Greytown, are spending a holiday in Hawke’s Bay. Mr and Mrs George Daubney have returned to Masterton after a holiday tour in the North Island. Miss R. Bates, of Masterton, who Was been the guest of Mrs B. Land, Murilai, is now the guest of her mother, Mrs G. S. Bates, Hill Street, Wellington.

Miss J. Hatton, supernumerary teacher on the staff of the Greytown High School, has received notice of her temporary transfer to Featherston on relieving duties.
