WITHDRAWAL FROM NORTH CHINA. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.i TOKIO. April 30. The Domei Agency’s Peking correspondent says the United States is expected to withdraw garrison forces soon from North China, with a first hatch of 70 from Peking, 50 from Tientsin, leaving on May 15 for Manila, via Shanghai. Marines numbering 200 at Peking and 230 at Tientsin are also withdrawing soon.
