JxJOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Castlepoint County Council has determined that, owing to weather conditions, the roads mentioned in the schedule hereto, while fit for heavy traffic up to the weights set opposite I thereto in the said schedule, shall be unfit for heavy traffic exceeding the weight so determined for the period commencing the first day of May, 1941, and ending the thirtieth day of September, 1941, AND the Council hereby ORDERS that heavy traffic in excess of the said weights shall cease on the said roads during the period aforesaid.
