PLANES FOR BRITAIN
NETHERLANDS EAST INDIES CONTRIBUTION. EXPANDING ON GENEROUS SCALE. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 10.0 a.m.) BATAVIA. April 25. Since May of last year the people of the Netherlands East Indies have contributed sufficient funds to buy 75 Spitfires for the R.A.F.. and also presented 27 bombers to the Netherlands Air Force, which is operating from England.
