LADIES’ GOLF
MASTERTON CLUB GAMES. WIN FOR SECRETARY’S TEAM. Members of the Masterton Ladies' Golf Club competed in a teams match, Captain's versus Secretary’s, the latter winning by eleven games to five. Detailed results are. Captain’s team players mentioned first in every case:- —Miss Todd lost to Mrs Drew; Mrs S. Burridge lost to Mrs Fagan; Mrs Prior beat Mrs O’Hara Smith; Mrs Holdgate beat Miss L. Beetham; Miss Oates lost to Mrs Plummer; Mrs Candy lost to Mrs Jameson; Mrs Perry lost to Mrs R. Burridge; Mrs Daniell beat Mrs Schofield; Mrs McKenzie lost to Mrs Stewart; Mrs Hancox lost io Mrs Esau; Miss Schofield lost to Mrs Ball; Mrs Jenkins lost to Miss Innes; Mrs McGregor lost to Mrs Whyte; Mrs Bell beat Mrs Baker; Mrs Ninnes beat Mrs Gooding; Mrs Cunningham lost to Mrs Clarkson. A medal competition was won by Miss M. McGregor. The draw for a bogey competition is as follows;—Miss Allan v. Miss King; Miss Farrell v. Mrs Foreman; Miss McGregor v. Miss M. Taylor; Miss Holdsworth v. Miss N. Taylor. A Silver and Bronze Medal competition will be played on Tuesday- by lady members of the Masterton Golf Club.
