TROUBLE OVER A PICTURE. And still another picture is likely to cause Hollywood a lot of headaches. There is talk that Howard Hughes may sue M.G.M. over producing “Billy the Kid" at the same time as he is producing “The Outlaw," which is based on the same story. Both films are in production together, and it looks as if it will be a race to see which one reaches the screen first to steal all the thunder. The story of this bandit, no doubt, is in public domain, so the suit would be on some other grounds. Robert Taylor is the star ,of the M.G.M. version, while two unknowns are being given a chance in Hughes's epic, but with the support of Tom Mitchell and Walter Huston.
