Mrs A. R. Bunny, Masterton. is visiting Eastbourne. Mrs J. Brunton, Main Street, Greytown. is visiting Wellington. Mr and Mrs A. Nisbet, Greytown, have returned from Taupo. Mrs A. Bull, Greytown, is holidaying in Palmerston North.
Mrs Fill, of Wadestown, is the guest of her daughter, Mrs Eric Galyer, Battersea.
Mr and Mrs E. Maddison have returned to Greytown from a holiday spent in Nelson.
Mrs C. C. Walker, Pahiama, has returned to her home after visiting Wanganui. Mr and Mrs H. Smith, Lower Hutt, and Mr and Mrs Cave, Masterton, have been visiting Mrs J. S. Nelson, “Rosedale,” Papatawa, Woodville. On Saturday Mrs H. E. Pither gave a luncheon party at the Midland Hotel for executive members of the Order of St. John Nursing Division to meet Sister Collins, Commandant of the Wellington District of V.A.D.'s Those present were Miss Whitehouse, Superintendent, Mesdames D. McKenzie, H. Thompson, Miss M. Barnet, matron of Masterton Hospital, and Mrs A. F. Stewart, Assistant Commandant.
