BILLY BROWN BEATS TOT HOGGARTH. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, April 20. Tot Hoggarth, Brunner, suffered his second defeat in professional boxing at the hands of Billy Brown, Wellington, who was making h c is debut in the Town Hall last night. The bout between two clever boxers went the full 10 rounds, Brown winning on points with ease.
