POPPY DAY LAST YEAR'S SALES EXCEEDED. (“Times-A.ge” Special.) The poppy sales yesterday exceeded those of last year, the extra fifty ordered this year having been all disposed of. Personal Items. Mr Roy Haigh is spending a few days with his parents, Mr and Mrs E. J. Haigh, Main Street, prior to entering the Treritham camp. Mrs H. L. Hughes, McMaster Street, has returned home after a holiday spent at Te Kuiti. .Mr S. Struthers, of Auckland, is the guest of Mr and Mrs E. Skeet. Gunner G. Keltie, of Fort Dorset, is spending his leave with Mr and Mrs H. Keltie, Main Street.
