RAID ON BREST
MOST TERRIBLE YET KNOWN VICHY REPORT ON DEATHS & DAMAGE. AT LEAST 76 PERSONS KILLED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) VICHY, April 11. A news agency states that at least 76 persons were killed and 50 wounded by the R.A.F. bombardment of Brest on the night of April 14. Further victims arc- believed to be still buried under debris. The raid was the most terrible Brest has ever known.
