Members of Air Force.

Members of the Royal New Zealand Air Force serving outside New Zealand during the war are now deemed to be serving together and acting in combination with the Royal Air Force, according to a notice appearing in last night’s Gazette. Wireless Operators.

Regulations gazetted last night are designed to facilitate the supply of operators to meet the requirements of the Shipping Radio Emergency Regulations under which the Naval Board has power to require New Zealand ships to carry a greater number of operators than in peace time. They provide for the issue of provisional first, second and third grade operators' certificates to men after instruction in a special school, thus enabling them to go to sea at once.
