GERMAN CAPITAL SUFFERS HEAVILY. MAIN RAILWAY STATION BURNT OUT. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day. 10.42 a.m.) RUGBY, April 11. Messages from reutral sources in Berlin state that the raid by the R.A.F. there on Wednesday was the heaviest yet experienced in the capital. The damage is described as terrific, especially in the Unter den Linden Government district. The main railway station is completely burnt out. All fire brigades in Berlin were active throughout the night and continued to work until noon on Thursday. Casualties number at least 2000, probably 3000, including many deaths.
