R.A.F. SALVAGE SHIP AT SINGAPORE SERIOUS LOSS OF LIFE. ATTEMPT TO RECOVER CRASHED PLANE. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.55 a.m.) SINGAPORE. April 7. Twenty-two men were killed and twenty injured in the R.A.F. salvage ship Buffalo, which, while going out to salvage a Blenheim bomber, struck a mine and sank immediately. The Blenheim had crashed in a minefield and ‘ihc pilot was killed.
