The Rt. Hon. P. Fraser. Prime Minister. returned to Wellington from Auckland yesterday.

The Hon. F. Langstone. Minister of Lands, left Wellington last night for Rotorua, lie expects to return to Wellington on Thursday. Archbishop Averill has retired from the position of president of the Dominion Council of the Bible-in-Schools League after holding the post for 15 years. He is succeeded by Archbishop West-Watson.
