BRITISH UNIFORMS

EXHIBITION IN UNITED STATES. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 3. Uniforms of the British Army, Navy and Air Force, as well as of various branches of the civil defence services are included in a collection arranged by the Ministry of Information, which is to be shown through the United States of America. It will form part of the "Britain delivers the goods" exhibition to be opened on Monday next in Detroit and later to be held in New York and other cities. The equipment is up-to-date. The Air Ministry includes an electrically heated suit, worn by bomber crews on visits to Germany, while among examples of uniforms worn by men and women of the civil defence services is a new blue battle dress, which lias not yet been generally issued in Britain.
