TWO ITALIAN DESTROYERS SCUTTLED MAKING LOSS OF FIVE IN FEW DAYS. SOME PRISONERS LANDED. Two more Italian destroyers in the Red Sea have been scuttled by their crews and a third, which was reported on the previous day to have been left in a sinking condition has sunk, the 8.8. Washington yesterday, said if there was no prospect of fighting taking place in the Red Sea, the United States might remove that area from the list of war zones and permit United States ships to carry cargoes there.
