MASTERTON COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO STOP ROADS. IN THE MATTER of "The Counties’ Act. 1920,” and "The Public Works Act. 1928." NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Masterton County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to close the Roads set out in the Schedule hereto. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a plan, duly certified by the Chief Surveyor, of the Roads so to be closed is deposited in the Public Office of the County Clerk to the said Council, situate at Chapel Street, Masterton. and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the closing of such Roads or any of them, who have any objections to the closing of such Roads or any of them, must state their objections in writing and lodge the same on or before the 16th day Of May, 1941, at the aforesaid office.
