SUNDAY SCHOOL UNION
ANNUAL CONVENTION TO BE HELD AT MASTERTON. LARGE NUMBER OF DELEGATES EXPECTED. The 36th convention of the Wellington Sunday School Union will be held in Knox Church, Masterton. during Easter, commencing on Friday morning. April 11, and continuing until Easter Monday. The committees in connection with the convention will be: —Masterton committee. Rev. J. Davie (chairman). Mr Taboon (vice-chairman). Mr. C. P. Moore (convenor Reception Committee). Messrs. Gaze and Wellington (Men’s Campi. Miss I. Tankersley (convenor Women’s Camp Committee). Miss Margaret Ross (Rooms convenor), Mr. M. G. Wing (secretary-treasurer). Wellington Committee: Mr. H. Brooker (president Wellington Union). Mr. K. Purdie (Union secretary). Mr. W. E. Howe (Convention secretary). The speakers will include Messrs. G. W. Morice, A. W. Reed. J. K. Purdie W. F. Stock. Miss Eliffe. and the Revs. J. Davie and D. McNeur. A large attendance of delegates is expected.
