WAR SITUATION
MR. CHURCHILL TO SPEAK. ONE DAY BEFORE PARLIAMENT ADJOURNS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received This Day, 12.20 p.m.) RUGBY. April 2. Mr. Churchill proposes to make a statement on the war situation in the House of Commons, Mr. Attlee announced today, when he said that this statement and resolution of thanks to the British forces in the Mediterranean and Middle East would take place on the day before the adjournment, and not on the clay'of the adjournment as stated yesterday.
