BOWLING
MASTERTON CLUB. I GRADY MEDALS. (Notes by “The Bowler.”) On Saturday last a challenge match was played on the Park green between the holders of the Grady Medals, H. Carr and Thompson (s) of the Park Club, and the challengers, C. Perry and W. Christian (s) of the Masterton Club. After an interesting game the Masterton pair won by 2 points, the final scores being Masterton 23, Park 21. WALL CUP. This cup is for competition among colts of the Masterton and Park clubs. On Saturday last a challenge match was played on the Park green, and the result was a win for the Masterton colls, the team comprising of M. Reid. W. Palamontain, Holdsworth and Wylie (s).
