WAIRARAPA MEETING
NOMINATIONS CLOSE TONIGHT. Nominations for all events at the Wairarapa Racing Club’s meeting to be held on April 12 and 14 close with the secretary, Mr N. C. C. Shepherd, Featherston, tonight at 8 o'clock. Rehandicap for Wanganui. . The following rehandicap has been declared for the Wanganui meeting:— Night Eruption to 8.9 in the Flying Handicap, six furlongs. Wanganui Races. The Railway Department announces the issue of specially reduced fares and special train arrangements for the Wanganui race meeting at Awapuni on April 3 and 5.
