The Berlin radio is spreading reports of a possible British attack on Dakar, alleging that French fears have been accentuated by the news of a concentration of twenty British warships in the roads outside Freetown: also that strong British Army units are stationed there. The radio adds that the French are taking precautions at Foroy. French warships, including the Richelieu, have been seen at Casablanca.
