GATHERING THIS EVENING. DISTRICT FUND NOW £15,1)06. Tonight wit’ conclude all carnival efforts with a nance in the Municipal Hall. Music will be supplied by the dance section of the Band of the Royal New Zealand Air Force. The charge for admission will be 2s 6d. Before any dancing takes place there will bo a short ceremony, followed by the performance of several pleasant little duties and patrons are requested to be present at or before 8.15, when this ceremony will commence. At the conclusion of this part of the programme the crowned Queen, Miss Jose Hosking, will introduce the dancing.
