Count von Luckner is commanding Germany's raiders from the Norwegian auxiliary cruiser Glengarry, which he seized during the invasion of Norway, says the “News-Chronicle's" Manila correspondent, who adds that the information comes from a reliable source. The Germans are using as raiders modern ships, armour-plated, heavily gunned and capable of 18 to 22 knots.
