LEFT-OVER LOAF. Soak 2 tablespoons gelatine in half crip cold waler, then add 2 cups hot left-over gravy and stir until quite dissolved. Add the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce and pepper and salt to taste. Now add 2 cups finely-chopped cold meat, 1 cup each cooked peas, cold grated potato, cooked celery, I teaspoon chopped parsley, 3 chopped hard-boiled eggs. ' Allow io become half-set, then half cup mayonnaise may be stirred in (optional). Turn into a loaf tin and place in ice chest until quite firm. Cut into slices and serve with a crisp salad.
