ARRESTED IN BERLIN

AMERICAN JOURNALIST, INVESTIGATION ORDERED BY MR. ROOSEVELT. (B.v Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright) BERLIN. March 15. An American journalist. Richard Hottelot. a member of the Berlin staff of the United Press of America, has been arrested on suspicion of espionage for an enemy Power. A 8.8. C. broadcast stated that President Roosevelt had instructed the American Embassy in Berlin to make an immediate investigation of the circumstances of Mr. Hottelot's arrest.
