“REO MIHI”

R.S.A. PAPER FOR FORCES OVERSEAS.

With the object of maintaining contact with members of the New Zealand Forces on service, and to keep them informed of what is being done in this country for their welfare and that of their dependants, the New Zealand Returned Soldiers’ Association is bringing out a small news sheet "Reo Mihi" for free circulation to New Zealanders serving in land, sen and air forces overseas. The little paper obviously is capable of serving a timely and very useful purpose. An introductory article in the first issue states that ‘Reo Mihi" is a message of greeting from the old Diggers of the last war to the members of the New Zealand Forces hew serving overseas. Pride is expressed at the manner in which these forces are upholding the traditions of the First New Zealand Division of the last war. With notes on soldier settlement, financial assistance and allowances to wives and children, the first issue of ■Reo Mihi" contains also items of local news from various districts.
