FOR CANADIAN PACIFIC LINERS. PASSENGER RESERVATIONS REFUSED. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright)' (Received This Day, 10.50 a.m.) SHANGHAI, March 14. The Canadian Pacific Steamship Line cancelled all reservations on transpacific routes today. It announced that the line will not accept future bookings. Company officials said four ships had been withdrawn and converted into troopships, for use elsewhere.
