HADLOW SCHOOL
SWIMMING TESTS. A SPLENDID RECORD. Swimming tests were conducted in connection with the Hadlow School at the school baths on Thursday for the N.Z. Swimming Association's certificates. The following were successful:— 25yds.—J. Ellingham, I. Nelson. R. McMaster, A. Cameron, R. M. Holmes. 50yds—M. A. R. Poulton, H. C. Price, D. B. Findlay, J. B. Upham. G. M. Moore, P. B. Jury. 220yds.—J. L. Tod. A. D. McGregor, D. P. Humphries, A. L. Kronfeld. 880yds: P. S. Kronfeld. Special life-saving certificate: J. C. Andrew. Every boy in the school, except one who entered the institution a week ago. is able to swim.
